Purina is not something that is chosen according to their ingredients. Cats were never meant to eat dry, also known as cereals or kibble. We, people, more comfort food for us. It has nothing to do with them or their nutritional needs. It is totally inappropriate ways.

All domestic cats are from desert cats. In nature, these cats desert hydration of their loot to come across. They have a thirst mechanism almost non-existent, because they do not need to eat natural animal nutrition. They were developed to get the water they need, what they eat. Moreover, since the water is not readily available, they do not do in their desert climate, which develop as a drunkard. Cats regular ol 'sank in the same wild desert cats.

Thus, in an unfamiliar environment, your cat is not the moisture it needs from dry food and almost always in a constant state of dehydration that has created online very seriously on the body of your cat. Sources of waterRe you should try more your cat and your cat can even get drinking fun, but can never satisfy their needs for drinking water from a spring.

Cat killer diseases such as diabetes, crystals of renal failure, obesity, allergies, diseases, irritable bowel syndrome (IBD), constipation, bladder stones, kidney stones, urinary tract obstruction and urinary tract infections (FLUTD), with and without regard to the size of these murderous days. Cats do not take enough water to fend them off. Water consumption through adequate nutrition appropriate species alone can prevent most of these conditions.

In general, wet food is better than a cat, either canned or raw, and should never be fed cornflakes, biscuits, if we want to match best to their wild nutritional and dietary needs. Kibble meets our needs ... not our cats.

I recommend varying the diet with a constant rotation of 2 to 4 different brands of canned food that your cat enjoys. If you do this, and let your cat has the same variety as in nature when eating mice, insects, birds and rabbits, approximatelyGastrointestinal T will not be so sensitive and you do not have a specific brand if out of memory. You have to choose a good choice instead.

Canned I recommend you for your opinion Rotation:

I do not like Purina, but mainly because I choose the whole foods. Now I understand that it is more expensive and Purina is cheaper, but I found that pets especially cats, a little healthier and have a healthy coat, while in other products. I'm not sure what are the ingredients of the formula inside, but I know they use a lot of by-product, animal fat, and corn. The first 5 ingredients should be meat, and not for animal by-products, corn or animal fats. They are usually packed and may be necessary, but not only in the top-5.

There are several forms of domestic cat out there who are a little healthier, just what one is, of course, probably healthier. Purine, but not terrible.

No, this is not a good quality food Purina.

Iams, Purina, Fancy Feast, Science Diet, Royal Canin, Nine Lives, Meow Mix, Saba, Friskies, Nutro and many others are terrible quality food.

You want something like Wellness, Innova / EVO, Felidae, or Blue Buffalo Merrick. You want something that paints grainless ingredients or by-products, fillers, artificial flavors or added, and without evil, such as corn, wheat and soybeans.

Wet Food is essential for a cat. Derive much of their water and it is closer to their natural ancestors. You can use a food grainless dry, but wet food should be the main factor. You should feed your cat wet food every day ... not as an occasional treat or once a week. Different brands have read different kinds of feed instructions on the label.

Just because something is natural does not mean that the label. You must read the ingredient list.
Feed your cat a food of high quality, as I already mentioned, finally better for your cat in the long run ... areLL has a beautiful coat, eat less and have fewer health problems in the future.

Most veterinarians do not receive little or no adequate training in food for pets. It is often consider their responsibility to adequately feed pet / schemes on their own outside of school ... What to do for the omission. Many commercial foods to promote, without knowing anything about it. So just because you recommend to your vet a food does not mean that in the best interest of your cat. Therefore you should research and more on high-quality food. I went through a lot of veterans ... have not found and one that has not promoted a diet of poor quality, such as AMI, Science Diet, Purina and Royal Canin. For this reason, does not look upon the recommendation of the veterinary food without leaving yourself first.

It is junk food. Cats need a diet of high quality food that contains no corn, wheat, meat and products. If you read the label on your Purina, you'll see that it contains everything. The amount of food more easily accessible for the price (maybe a few dollars more). Check Wellness, Blue Buffalo, Chicken Soup, or natural balance, to name a few. Here is a good site with numerous articles about choosing a good food for your cat.

I am a tree, Kasey S, and because Pretty Kitty ... This is not a food of high quality. The first 3 ingredients are flour, corn, flour, poultry by-product meal and corn gluten ... is not required. How these ingredients can be harmful to the health of cats. In any case, go for a high protein, low carb, grain-free products ... Innova Evo, social protection, etc.

Be sure to add wet food ... As mentioned earlier, this is the main source of water. Cats are not thirst mechanism gone ... They drink water, but never enough to what they would find food from the food, wet and rough.

Many people say: "My cat is ok price / dry - but there is a difference between survival and prosperity. Check out the Pretty Kitty recommended website is very informative (http://www.catinfo.org/).

Good luck! :)

If your cat is doing well in this meal, maintaining correct body weight, and my eyes are clear, clean teeth and clean the floor, then there is no reason for concern. They adhere to the formula for success, you have found.
